Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Lollipop - 7 nos
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying

For Marination
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Chili sauce - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tsp
All purpose flour/Maida - 1 tsp
Egg - 1 no.

For Sauce
Sesame oil - 2 tsp
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger
Chopped Onion
Chopped Spring onion
Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
Sweet & Spicy Chili sauce - 2 Tbsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Little Salt
Little Water

Chicken lollipop:
1. Take chicken pieces, make a slit at the bottom of the bone and scrape it. Push it down to one end. Clean the chicken lollipop.

For marination:
1. To the chicken lollipop add soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, pepper, corn flour, maida (all purpose flour) and mix all the ingredients together.
2. Add an egg and mix it well.
3. Marinate for 30 minutes.

To fry the chicken lollipop:
1. Roll the marinated chicken lollipop in bread crumbs. It should be completely coated.
2. Heat oil in a wide pan, drop the lollipops and deep fry them. Keep the flame on medium.
3. Cook till it turns to nice brown and crispy.

Sauce for chicken lollipop:
1. Take a pan, add sesame oil, garlic, ginger, onion, spring onion and saute till it becomes transparent.
2. Add soy sauce, sweet and spicy chili sauce, pepper, little salt, little water and mix all the ingredients together.
3. Place the fried chicken lollipops in the sauce.
4. Mix the sauce and chicken pieces together.
5. Wrap the lollipop's bone in a foil paper.
Mouthwatering chicken lollipop is ready to taste!
